Aylā SI Growth Infrastructure™ · Effective October 10, 2026
Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Aylā SI Growth Infrastructure™ and services supplied under a written proposal.
Agreement
“Aylā,” “we,” and “us” mean Aylā SI Growth Infrastructure™, founded by Kedar Bhat. “You” means the person or organization using this site or purchasing services. A proposal or statement of work may add project terms; the signed project document controls if it differs.
Services and responsibilities
We design and support AI-assisted qualification and appointment-setting workflows. Scope, channels, integrations, timeline, fees, and deliverables are defined in writing. You are responsible for your offer, claims, consent practices, account access, approvals, and compliance with each connected platform.
Payment and changes
Fees and payment dates are stated in the applicable proposal. Overdue work may be paused. Out-of-scope changes may require a written change order. Taxes, third-party subscriptions, platform charges, advertising spend, and payment fees are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
Results
We do not guarantee revenue, bookings, conversion rates, approval, deliverability, availability, or any particular business result. Results depend on your offer, traffic, market, sales process, approvals, and factors outside our control.
Acceptable use
Do not use our services for spam, unlawful or deceptive communications, abusive or discriminatory content, prohibited goods, privacy violations, platform evasion, or infringement. You must honor consent, opt-outs, messaging windows, and platform rules.
Intellectual property
Each party keeps pre-existing materials. After full payment, you receive the rights stated in the proposal for client-specific deliverables. Aylā retains its reusable methods, templates, systems, know-how, and improvements.
Disclaimers and liability
The site and demos provide general information. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Aylā is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a project is limited to fees paid to Aylā for that project during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may end a project under the proposal. We may suspend services for overdue payment, misuse, security risk, unlawful activity, or platform-policy concerns. Earned fees and approved non-cancellable costs remain payable.
